IZURAN LEGAL

The workspace behind every legal step.

Start with a question or the facts of a matter. The product aims to connect documents, sources and drafts in clear workflows. Research, answers and workspaces have development versions; the remaining tools are described below with their current stage.

Tools and availability

Legal research — development trial

Experimental search uses development data and opens text with its source, version and page. Acceptance of real Libyan sources, semantic search and validity review remain before availability.

Cited answers — development trial

An experimental answer draft links quotations to a source and page in a defined sample. Citations can be checked; an accurate quotation alone does not establish correct application to the facts.

Workspaces and matters — development

The development interface selects a workspace and opens authorized matters. Access follows membership and explicit matter permission. Member and matter management and conversations are still being completed.

Drafting and review — planned

The product aims to support drafts, contract review and text comparison while retaining context and comments. These capabilities are not yet publicly available; approving a document requires professional review.

Documents and libraries — in development

The product aims to organize and process private uploads within permission and rights boundaries. Storage and scanning have development trials; text extraction, OCR and acceptance are deferred to the final build tasks.

Versions and export — planned

Draft versions, review history and usable exports are product goals. Implementation and acceptance remain before availability; this site does not offer a ready export tool or automatic document approval.

From facts to a reviewed result

This is the intended product workflow. Its tools develop in stages; document approval remains the professional's decision.

  1. Organize the facts

Begin with a question or matter, then identify parties, facts, documents and jurisdiction. Collecting and editing these within a matter is an intended workflow.

  2. Open the source

Check the text, version, page and context. Experimental search illustrates access to the original; actual sources need rights and quality acceptance.

  3. Develop and review the draft

Separate source quotations from conclusions, and review gaps and conflicts. Experimental answers do not replace legal review; advanced drafting tools are planned.

  4. Approve the version

Review and approval stay with the authorized user. Version history and export belong to the intended product and require completion and testing before availability.
